Partner opportunities
The exact onboarding requirements vary by provider type, territory and the services you want to make available.
Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, fresh-produce sellers and other approved merchants can offer eligible products through OMZIVO.
Hotels, lodges, guest houses, apartments and other approved accommodation providers can make eligible rooms or units available to OMZIVO customers.
Approved businesses can operate local OMZIVO handover points for receiving, storing, transferring and releasing eligible consignments.
Courier businesses, bus and coach operators, and other approved carriers can support movement of eligible OMZIVO consignments between locations and Hubs.
Approved drivers can complete assigned pickup, delivery and Hub-to-Hub journeys under the commercial arrangement that applies to them or their transport provider.
Application journey
OMZIVO uses an evidence-led onboarding process so that approved providers can be activated with the right operational and commercial setup.
Tell us the provider type, services and territory you want to operate in so the application can use the right checks and requirements.
Provide the legal or personal identity information, authorised contacts and any registrations, licences or permits relevant to the service you want to offer.
Depending on the provider type, OMZIVO may review payout details, insurance, tax information, safety, service readiness and other evidence needed for activation.
Applicable platform or service fees, settlement arrangements, service conditions and required partner terms are reviewed before launch.
Only approved services, locations, properties, Hubs or routes are activated. Submitting an application does not automatically make a provider live on OMZIVO.
Prepare before you apply
OMZIVO should only collect information that is relevant to the provider type, territory and risk of the service being activated.
Legal name, registration or identity details, address, trading name and authorised contact information where applicable.
Any registrations, approvals or sector-specific permissions required for the service and territory you want to operate in.
A verified payout destination and finance contact where payments or settlements will be made to you.
Information needed to show that the products, property, vehicles, routes, premises, staff or processes connected to your application are ready to operate.
Clear commercial terms
OMZIVO may earn through agreed platform or service fees and other disclosed commercial arrangements. Applicable rates, settlement timing and service conditions are confirmed through the relevant commercial terms before activation.
Participation is subject to onboarding, eligibility, applicable law, agreed commercial terms and the relevant OMZIVO Partner Agreement and schedules. Platform verification does not replace any licence, registration or regulatory approval that may be required by law.
