They apply when you create an account, browse or purchase products, make a booking, request a delivery or moving service, use Stay, communicate with providers, or otherwise use the OMZIVO platform.

OMZIVO operates a digital platform that brings together Marketplace, Food & Fresh, Delivery & Moving, Stay and related services. The platform allows customers to discover, order, book, arrange and manage products and services offered through OMZIVO and participating providers.
Depending on the service, OMZIVO may provide functionality directly or facilitate a transaction between a customer and an independent merchant, accommodation operator, courier, moving provider or other service provider.
The identity and role of the relevant provider, together with applicable service information, may be presented during the ordering or booking process.
You must satisfy any age, legal-capacity, identity or other eligibility requirements applicable to the OMZIVO service you use.
Where an account is required, you must provide accurate and current information and keep your account information reasonably up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not share passwords, verification codes or authentication credentials with another person or permit another person to misuse your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or your credentials have been compromised, contact OMZIVO Support promptly and secure your account credentials.
OMZIVO may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, eligibility or compliance with applicable law. Any identity information collected for this purpose will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
You may use OMZIVO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for information, addresses, instructions, selections and other details you provide when requesting a product or service.
Service availability may vary according to location, provider availability, operating hours, inventory, capacity, regulatory requirements and the nature of the requested service.
OMZIVO may change, add, remove or improve platform features over time. The availability of a particular feature does not guarantee that every service or provider will be available in every location.
Marketplace and Food & Fresh allow users to discover and order eligible products and services from participating merchants and providers.
The merchant is the seller of the product and is responsible for the sale, description, conformity and applicable consumer rights. OMZIVO provides the marketplace and payment/transaction infrastructure.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, pricing and other mandatory information supplied to OMZIVO is accurate and legally compliant.
Customers should nevertheless review applicable allergen and dietary information before consumption and contact the provider where they have a specific allergy or dietary requirement.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted or otherwise confirmed through the platform. Where an ordered item becomes unavailable, a provider or OMZIVO may contact you regarding an appropriate alternative, adjustment, cancellation or refund where applicable.
Delivery & Moving services may allow users to arrange collection, transportation and delivery of parcels, goods or other eligible items.
You must provide accurate pickup and destination information and any instructions reasonably necessary to perform the requested service. You are responsible for ensuring that items submitted for transportation are lawful, appropriately described and, where applicable, suitably packed for the requested service.
OMZIVO or the relevant provider may refuse, suspend or cancel transportation of prohibited, unsafe, unlawfully packaged, incorrectly described or otherwise ineligible items.
Service records may include collection and delivery timestamps, barcode or QR scans, photographs, signatures, location-related records or other evidence reasonably required to establish collection, custody, delivery or completion and to investigate missing, damaged or disputed items.
Where an item is lost, damaged, materially delayed or otherwise affected by a failure in the delivery service, the applicable service-specific terms will set out the claims procedure, applicable remedies and any lawful liability limitations.
OMZIVO Stay allows users to discover and book eligible accommodation offered by participating accommodation operators or providers.
Before a booking is confirmed, the platform will provide the material information required by applicable law, including, where relevant, the identity of the accommodation Provider, accommodation description, total price and applicable charges, availability, occupancy restrictions, check-in and check-out requirements, cancellation conditions, house rules and other material conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the accommodation Provider is responsible for providing the accommodation and complying with applicable laws and safety requirements. OMZIVO's role in the transaction will be identified before the booking is confirmed.
If accommodation is unavailable, materially different from the confirmed booking, or presents a material safety or conformity problem when you arrive, contact OMZIVO Support promptly. Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the booking, OMZIVO may assist with an alternative arrangement, correction, cancellation or refund.
Some products and services available through OMZIVO are supplied or performed by independent providers. These may include merchants, accommodation operators, couriers, moving providers and other businesses or professionals.
The relevant Provider will be identified before the transaction is concluded where required by applicable law. The Provider is responsible for its products, services, representations and compliance with applicable legal requirements to the extent imposed on the Provider by law or contract.
OMZIVO may provide platform functionality, transaction administration, payment coordination, customer support, safety processes, verification and dispute-resolution assistance. The provision of these functions does not, by itself, determine whether OMZIVO is or is not a contracting party or supplier. OMZIVO's legal responsibility will depend on the relevant transaction, its role in that transaction and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights against OMZIVO or a Provider where those rights arise under applicable law.
Prices, taxes, delivery charges, service fees and other mandatory charges applicable to a transaction will be disclosed before you are bound by the transaction, except where a charge cannot reasonably be calculated in advance and applicable law permits its later determination.
Unless otherwise stated, the total amount payable will be displayed before you submit or confirm an order or booking. The applicable currency will also be displayed.
Prices may vary according to the products or services selected, quantities, delivery requirements, location, Provider charges, taxes and other disclosed components. Any dynamic, variable or additional charge will be presented in accordance with applicable law before it becomes payable.
Payments may be processed by OMZIVO or authorised payment service providers. By submitting a payment, you authorise the relevant payment processor to process the amount displayed at checkout in accordance with the applicable payment method.
If a payment fails, is duplicated, appears incorrect or cannot be reconciled, OMZIVO may investigate the relevant transaction and work with the payment provider and other relevant parties to correct the error and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Whether an order, booking or service can be cancelled or changed depends on its status, the type of service, applicable provider conditions and any cancellation rules displayed during the transaction.
Where work, preparation, transportation, accommodation commitment or another part of the service has already begun, cancellation may be restricted or charges may apply where permitted.
Refunds are assessed according to the circumstances of the transaction, applicable service conditions and applicable law. Approved refunds are generally returned through the appropriate payment process, although processing times may depend on the payment provider.
For an active order, booking or delivery, contact OMZIVO Support promptly. OMZIVO may first work to protect, stabilise or complete the current service before determining whether a refund or other remedy is appropriate.
If a product or service is missing, delayed, damaged, unavailable, unsafe or materially different from what was ordered or booked, notify OMZIVO Support as soon as reasonably possible.
You should provide the relevant order, booking, shipment or transaction reference together with sufficient information to allow the matter to be investigated. OMZIVO may request photographs, messages, receipts, delivery information or other evidence reasonably relevant to the issue.
OMZIVO may review platform records, provider information, payment records and service evidence when investigating a complaint, claim or dispute.
When using OMZIVO, you agree to:
You must not use OMZIVO to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful or unsafe conduct.
Prohibited conduct includes, where applicable:
Safety-related incidents are treated separately from ordinary customer-service issues. If there is an immediate risk to life, health or physical safety, contact local emergency services first.
After addressing any immediate danger, report the incident to OMZIVO so that relevant platform, transaction or provider information can be reviewed and appropriate action can be considered.
OMZIVO may preserve and review information reasonably necessary to investigate serious safety, fraud or security incidents and may cooperate with competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
OMZIVO may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account or particular service where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, transactions or the platform, including where there is suspected fraud, serious misuse, a security threat, repeated violation of these Terms, non-payment or unlawful conduct.
Where appropriate and permitted by the circumstances, OMZIVO may investigate the matter before taking final action and may request information from the affected user.
Account closure or suspension does not automatically cancel obligations, payments, claims, refunds, investigations or other matters arising from transactions completed or initiated before the restriction took effect.
The OMZIVO platform, including its software, interface, branding, logos, designs, platform content and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to OMZIVO or the relevant rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, OMZIVO grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the platform for its intended purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected OMZIVO materials except where expressly authorised or where applicable law provides otherwise.
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to OMZIVO. By submitting content, including reviews, photographs, comments or other material, you grant OMZIVO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt and use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote and secure the platform, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit content and that your content does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.
OMZIVO aims to provide reliable access to its services but does not guarantee that every feature, provider or service will be continuously available or free from interruptions.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical failures, provider availability, communications networks, security incidents, regulatory requirements, events outside reasonable control or changes required to maintain or improve the platform.
OMZIVO may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
OMZIVO and participating providers remain responsible for obligations that apply to them under applicable law and the relevant contractual relationship.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OMZIVO is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, by inaccurate information or instructions supplied by a user, or by unauthorised or unlawful use of the platform by a user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any right, remedy, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to an eligible transaction.
OMZIVO processes personal data in connection with accounts, orders, bookings, deliveries, payments, support, safety and other platform operations.
OMZIVO will process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable privacy legislation.
The OMZIVO Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal data collected, purposes and legal bases for processing, recipients, retention periods, international transfers, security measures, automated processing and profiling where applicable, and the rights available to data subjects.
Depending on the service used, OMZIVO may process information such as account information, contact details, transaction information, delivery addresses, location information, photographs, signatures, communications and identity-verification information. Where information constitutes sensitive or special-category personal data, it will be processed only where a lawful basis and any additional legal conditions are satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes consent to processing where applicable law requires a separate or specific form of consent.
OMZIVO may send communications necessary to operate the service, including account, security, payment, booking, order, delivery, support and other transactional notices.
Where OMZIVO sends optional marketing communications, applicable choices and consent requirements will be respected. You may be able to manage certain communication preferences through the platform or the relevant communication.
OMZIVO may update these Terms when services, features, operational practices or legal requirements change.
The current version will be made available through OMZIVO's website and, where appropriate, its applications. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, OMZIVO will take the appropriate steps before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of OMZIVO following an effective update will be subject to the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
These Terms, together with applicable service-specific terms, policies and notices, form the contractual framework governing your use of OMZIVO.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and service-specific terms, the service-specific terms will prevail only to the extent of the conflict and only in relation to the relevant service. Mandatory statutory rights will prevail over both.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or disregarded only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay by OMZIVO in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture or agency relationship between OMZIVO and a user or Provider except where such a relationship is expressly established by a separate agreement.
These Terms and disputes arising from the use of OMZIVO are subject to the applicable laws and mandatory rights that govern the relevant user, transaction and service.
Before pursuing formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact OMZIVO Support with the relevant transaction or account information so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or using a competent consumer-protection, regulatory, alternative dispute-resolution or judicial process available under applicable law.
